We are fortunate to receive many hundreds more submissions for speakers than we can accomodate. Our program organizers tap that pool and their own databases to select speakers for our panels and keynotes. We leave open a limited number of speaking positions for paid sponsors. Committing to a sponsorship ensures that your company has a prominent position in our program. If you have already been selected for an unpaid position, a sponsorship increases your visibility in the program.

Sponsorship does not guarantee a position on a panel, but gives you preferential consideration if your company is preeminent in its field. The sponsorship manager confers with our program managers to determine whether a potential sponsor is appropriate for a given panel. We will inform you of whether you qualify for a panel before you commit to a sponsorship. Sponsors may also choose to simply exhibit or make presentations to the audience.

What are my sponsorship options?
We offer a range of option: exhibition, product demos, silver, gold and platinum sponsorship, and much more.

We would be happy to customize your involvement and provide you with a rate sheet. Please contact Mike Navarre at 310 566-7744 for details or write to mikenavarre@ihollywoodforum.com
