formerly a technology reporter at Investor's
Business Daily, West Coast entertainment correspondent
at Bloomberg News, and the Los Angeles Bureau Chief
at Broadcasting and Cable. His articles have
appeared in outlets such as Wired News, the Sunday New
York Times, The Red Herring and Business 2.0. Michael
moderates the Forum discussions.
iHollywood was co-founded by Zahava Stroud, who previously worked as an attorney.

About Michael Stroud
Michael has been a professional business journalist for 22 years, is the co-founder of iHollywood Forum, and a frequent moderator for business forums on digital entertainment. He previously covered technology as a senior writer at Investor's Business Daily, was the Los Angeles Bloomberg News entertainment correspondent for five years, later served as the Los Angeles Bureau Chief for Broadcasting and Cable, and was a correspondent for four years for Wired.com. He is now an independent journalist covering technology, entertainment and the wireless industry, and is a featured columnist for Always On Network (www.alwayson-network.com). His articles have also appeared in the Sunday New York Times, Business 2.0, and The Red Herring. He has a B.A. from UC Berkeley in Asian Studies in 1981, and speaks fluent Mandarin.
